Pam Brewer interviewed me for an hour about my book PRESCRIPTIONS WITHOUT PILLS. I was stunned when the hour ended. The interview had been such fun that it felt like only five minutes had gone by. We laughed a lot, and yet at the same time Pamela's well-chosen questions enabled us to cover multiple key issues regarding how to deal with the common colds of mental health like depression, anger and anxiety.

I look forward to a second interview, which we scheduled at the end of this one, having found the first so invigorating. Total kudos to this superb interviewer.
