My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Children of the Earth Foundation, Waretown, NJ, USA
I took a teacher training with COTEF in California and came home with great energy, activities, and renewed passion for connecting myself, friends, family, and students with the Earth. At the training we sang and played and sat on the ground. Simple, profound, beautiful!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my life and energy as a environmental educator - as well as with the excitement and popularity of their teachings with kids.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
singing and playing games together, and learning more about the earth and myself in the process.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
unique, interesting/interested, engaged, energized, funny, compassionate, and soulful.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
re-invest in itself and keep doing this amazing work.
Ways to make it better...
I didn't have to travel so far sign up for their programs or volunteer with them.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the internal distance so many adults have between themselves and the earth, and how much work and energy COTEF needs to use to narrow that distance in order to teach the children (who are starving for this kind of experience).
