Review for Educational Pathways International, Incline Village, NV, USA
I am Ntelikime Francis M-mebi, a fourth year student in the University of Ghana, offering BSc. Administration. I have been a beneficiary of Educational Pathways International (EPI) scholarship for four years. The scholarship has rekindled in me the hope of a brighter future and a better tomorrow.
When I finished senior high school, I had good grades. But, how to further my education was a big challenge. I did not have any funds and my parents could not help. But I was so courageous. I knew about scholarship schemes that helped students from homes of financial challenge to achieve their dreams. So I applied to the University of Ghana, where there exists several scholarship schemes for brilliant and needy students.
When I gained admission into the university, my next priority was to obtain a scholarship because I knew that without funding from an external source I would not be able to complete the university. I went to the internet and read through all the available scholarship schemes for University of Ghana students. After reading through them I finally settled that I was going to apply for Educational Pathways International scholarship because it was the scholarship that best suit my situation. And I was right!
Unlike other scholarships, Educational Pathways International scholarship provides full funding to its beneficiaries. I have been receiving funds for my tuition fee, accommodation, books for my programme and my personal upkeep from my very first year in the university through to my fourth year now. I have stayed on campus without having to worry about where to get funding for the next year’s expenses. Not only providing funding for students, the scholarship also makes constant arrangement to guide its beneficiaries through their career paths by providing us skills training, assisting us to get internship opportunities, and monitoring our progress in our academics and work experience through internship reports. What is more? I have had a peace of mind to focus on my studies after gaining the EPI scholarship.
Gaining EPI scholarship does not only benefit me and my family, but also the entirety of my community. Being the first person in my community to further my education after senior high school, I would continue to work hard to attain higher heights on the academic ladder to be able to help alleviate poverty in my community.
Educational Pathways International Scholarship is not only helping individuals to achieve their dreams, but also helping to bridge the inequality gap that exists between the rich and the poor in Ghana. Thanks to the Donors!

I am Ntelikime Francis M-mebi, a third year student offering BSc. Administration in the University of Ghana. I got enrolled on Educational Pathways International scholarship in my first year and has since been a beneficiary of the scholarship till now. I have benefited a lot from the Educational Pathways International scholarship.
Being raised from a peasant home, I never got it easy paying my school fees. When I finished senior high school, I got stranded: I got very good grades but could not continue my education because I did not have the needed funds. My family too could not support me because of its weak financial background. I did not also want to enter college and stop halfway. What should I do then?
I consulted one of my former teachers who encouraged me to apply to University of Ghana where scholarships are available for brilliant but needy students. Then, I went on the internet to see the scholarships that are available for students in the University of Ghana. I got a list of scholarships on the internet, but guess what, Educational Pathways International was the only scholarship scheme that covered full funding. Then I gathered courage to come to the University of Ghana.
I had to go borrowing money from different sources to be able to make it to the university, because I was certain that I would gain the Educational Pathways International scholarship. And truly, I got enrolled on the scholarship till date. Then, I heaved a sigh of relief. The scholarship refunded my admission fee making it possible for me settle my creditors without any difficulty.
The scholarship indeed provides full funding: it covers the tuition fee, accommodation fee and even academic miscellaneous expenses. From first year till now, I never hustled to pay my fees. EPI scholarship gives me an amount that is enough to pay for tuition, accommodation, and to buy books to ease my studies.
The scholarship enables students from poor homes to have access to education and to realize their dreams. Let me mention that I would have dropped out of school if I had not got the Educational Pathways International scholarship. Being the first person in my family to go to school, I could not have continued my education without any external support. My dreams would have died out. But with Educational Pathways International scholarship, I am moving on a smooth pace in my education. My dreams are gradually being realized: to finish school and to bring light to my family. Thumbs up to Educational Pathways International scholarship donors for their funds have helped in bringing me from nowhere to somewhere now.

Educational Pathways International (EPI) scholarship has had a very great impact on my life ranging from funding my education to my social life. This would have been impossible without the help of EPI. The scholarship does not only provide students with funds to cater for their educational needs but also seeks to develop the students’ personalities.
Ever since I was awarded the EPI Scholarship in 2014, I have never had the psychological trauma of where to get money to pay for my fees: all my educational expenses have been catered for by EPI. I often wonder how my life on the university campus would have been without the support of EPI: perhaps I would have terminated or deferred my course of study. Being the first person from a whole community of peasant farmers to gain admission to a university, I could not have been able to cope with the educational expenses, and consequently my life on campus would have been appalling.
The scholarship has been a great relief to my parents and me. I no longer seem to be a dependent on my peasant parents for my school’s financial need.
Not only does EPI provide funds for my education but also follows up to developing the personalities of the students and see that the student succeeds in his or her academic endeavor. Being part of the family of EPI scholarship beneficiaries, my self confidence level has increased. The exposure to and the opportunity to interact with friends during EPI family meetings has helped me acquire good communication skills. Most importantly, the topics discussed at EPI family meetings by our Country Programme Coordinator (Auntie Eunice)—“Effective Time Management, CV Writing, How to Relate with Friends and Lecturers on Campus—have helped me a lot in both my academics and my social life. Now I know how to apportion time to every activity necessary for my success while on campus. All these are not being taught in the lecture halls. But EPI has allotted time to teach its beneficiaries that to make them more successful in their endeavors.
Another significant about EPI is the provision of internship opportunities to its beneficiaries. This encourages us, the beneficiaries to engage ourselves in corporate work or teaching opportunities during vacations. I have acquired a lot of skills from being an intern. These skills and experiences have helped me build my carrier life.
Now I have confidence that I am going to graduate successfully from the university without any worries. Thanks to EPI Founder (Mr. and Mrs. Lafrance) staff of EPI and sponsors.
