Since my diagnosis, I've had mostly sleepless nights. Worrying about the future and how I was going to make it. I only let the fear that gripped me come out in the silence of the night as everyone else slept. Meeting other survivors and hearing they felt the same, lifted a weight off my shoulders. The retreat weekend gave me laughter and hope. Thanks so much!
