I originally came into the office to assess the business for provided services. While there I happen to witnessed the personal mentoring and coaching and felt it was heart warming to see the genuine bonding and self esteem boosting in preparing their partners for jobs, and addressing real issues like attire, rides, personal grooming as well as presenting your resume and conducting themselves in an interview. The business has a stem apprenticeship and they are working adding additional different model types to ensure job placement. I am pretty impressed with the commitment and care these two men offer their members.
