PAWS came into my life in '94 as I'd just come out of a coma, unable to walk,
let alone, think for myself, losing my home, my bank accounts to medical bills
and a partner of almost 9 years that just couldn't handle any of the above.
PAWS took over, doing at the time what I wasn't able to do; making sure my dogs
were taken care of until we could find homes for them all. Even after I began
the healing process, they were, there once agin, ready to welcome my new
cat turned service animal, that also gave me the support, the company and the
unconditional love that was so important to me @ the time.

Today, w/PAWS help, I'm not only ambulatory, but have taken, what was
prognosed as a possible life-long brain impairment to doing several
long-distance bicycle rides, raising dollars for AIDS charities,
doing public speakings; from adults to elementary school children, sat on several
non-profit Boards of Directors w/the privilege of PAWS being one of them for 5
wonderful years. Today, I'm creating commerce as well as my own non-profit,
being able to give back to those that have done so much for me.

These days, even though I'm not an 'active' client of PAWS, they helped
me to regain my footing in life. So, I'd consider myself a 'PAWS Client for
Life.'

You were a catylist to all of this, PAWS...of which I will be forever grateful.
