It simply amazing that after my Mother died they refused to stop hounding her estate. They even had the gall to bill her 11 months after her passing. The first 6 times I called and said I needed to get this resolved...they hung up the phone. You know they are skeevy because they do not put a phone number on their direct mail and they do not have an 800# to call. It took a legal threat to get them to respond.

I was so disappointed to read all the bad reviews about them as they used to be a well respected charity that did good for soldiers. Now they seem to be a charity that just does good for their own employees.
