Review for Rescue Ranch Inc, McRae, GA, USA
This organization does a great job in rural Georgia in spaying and neutering dogs and cats over a large geographic area, as well as helping to rescue and place strays and unwanted dogs and cats. Review their financial records and you will see that over 90% of donations go back into their spay and neuter programs and rescue programs.
