Animals are abused and neglected. Staff is negligent and quite possibly not using all funds for animals well being. Dogs are left to roam neighborhoods and one staff member has a criminal history of animal abuse and neglect in other states. Complaints are on file with the Sarasota animal control division. Organization has a history of financial mismanagement.
