Review for The Wild Animal Sanctuary, Keenesburg, CO, USA
I saw a TV commercial like 6 months ago and fell in love with the Sanctuary. I got on the computer to read more about it since I love animals. All types of animals. It broke my heart to read the sad stories that a lot of these animals carry with them. I cried, and then smiled to see that there is always a GOOD PERSON that will figure out a way to help abused animals; give them a second chance in life, and spread the word around so others can come to his support or better yet...to the survival of the animals. I then thought to myself "if I can spend ten dollars on a mascara or a magazine I could do the same to feed a small animal and help them survive". I believe that sometimes it is hard for people to commit to something, but once we do...it feels great to see that it is for a VERY GOOD CAUSE. Ten dollars or twenty are nothing if you think about it, because we spend it on candy or things we sometimes don't need, but for Sally it means helping her survive. I adopted Sally got my framed picture and 5 tickets to visit the sanctuary. I will be going this summer to visit the sanctuary, and meet a staff that are really working for the love of the animals. I am hoping that I can volunteer in the near future. We all have a good heart. A loving heart. So why not help the animals from the Wildlife Sanctuary live like they deserve it. In a peaceful environment, where nobody will abuse them any more, and where there is a good man trying to expand their habitat to bring more abused animals to be able to live in peace and make them feel like if they where at home.
