My name is Jim and my domestic partner Kathy. wish to get involved with WWP.
I am disabled and Kathy works.
I am a person who enjoys the water and fishing and Kathy is outdoors and works with a company who serves the elderly/disabled.
For years I was able to take my bass boat andd enjoy fishung or just a day on a local lake.
My disability progressed where I needed to sell the boat.
Alas we bought a New Pontoon boat this past spring. I had it outfitted with all the toys to fish any sort of fishing.
We have toy toys that are for children and adults.
We also have equipment that will make a day for on the water and off (picnic and day camp).
We wish to share with a Warrior(s) and immediate family members, up to four on craft and if not family a friend, one or two.
We would be able to do these things at least one(1) weekend a month starting in April, weather permitting.
We live in Redding Ca.
Depending on water conditions in our drought effected lakes we at least are able to access areas near the water for a family picnic day with kids able to still use our water toys.
There is no alcohol aloud before or during outings.
Other than prescribed medications ,nil.. on or off th craft and outing areas.
All costs for the day including food would be our pleasure.
I have looked at your area maps as to WWP locations and find none even close.
If you would help us help a warrior and family enjoy the day we would appreciate that.
