The appearance is a real conflict on how this group takes animals. That the appearance is they do not follow the law. That the scheme includes the Judiciary, the Government of different areas in Virginia in stealing animals from owners. That they have scared these owners with intimidation and help of the different Judges whom have assesst outrages bonds for getting thier animals back or for boarding of these animals while in the care of this foundation - or those associated with this foundation.
