Review for Shadow Cats Rescue, Round Rock, TX, USA
Shadow Cats is the most generous group of volunteers in terms of their time and resources. Although the mission is primarily TNR...which is huge! They are always ready to try and help cats that are in danger or injured. Shadow Cats, with the leadership of Sheila Smith, has been instrumental in helping to change community attitudes towards free-roaming cats!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my own cat, Torrie, who was rescued by Shadow Cats
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
do a capital campaign to begin an endowment fund where the principal would not be touched, but the interest could be used.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Helping folks in the community to trap ferals they have been feeding, and stopping the breeding cycle
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Kind and Generous!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
run a world class sanctuary for Hospice cats in need.
Ways to make it better...
I had unlimited funds to give!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
money!
One thing I'd also say is that...
There are other organizations who do similar work, but Shadow cats is the Gold Standard!
