This organization helped me when no one else would. No one. I work full time, I've never received any government assistance, and I couldn't get help for my power bill from anyone. I couldn't even get anyone to even speak to me or listen to my predicament. They asked for a lot of documentation and proof of need but I received the help in less than 10 days. They did not just help me with a power bill. These people helped my emotional well-being. I don't care what anyone has to say negative about this organization. They are helping real people. They were friendly and responsive to my phone calls and emails. They even called the power company for me.
