High Fives Foundation has been a critical part of my recovery goals since I broke my back skiing five years ago. When I first spoke to Roy Tuscany, the founder, he told me they were going to get me healthy first, then they would get me back on the mountain. Through the support of High Fives, Roy has kept his word and some. High Fives funded countless hours of physical therapy and still do, they took me adaptive surfing and skiing for the first time, and most importantly they introduced me to the High Fives family. You can learn a lot in the hospital but it is nothing in comparison to what you can learn in a single day at a High Fives camp. Being able to connect with like minded peers and learn from them is invaluable. Thank you High Fives Foundation.

Hi5s has been a pivotal part of my recovery. The first time I spoke to Roy and Steve they told me, "year 1 we are going to focus on getting you healthy, year two we will focus on getting you back on the mountain". Up until that moment getting back on the mountain didn't even seem like on option. Now its all I think about and Hi5s has given me the resources I need to get back out there.
