The Wounded Warrior Project Southeast Soldier Ride team members Jacksonville #2 provided myself a prescription no doctor can prescribe, empowerment over my nightmares and setbacks form my traumatic Brain Injury. The experience to be with fellow Warrior Alumni to accomplish a mission together, no mater how slow I was. We were able to complete on our terms with each Alumni, coach, team member never leaving me and always providing positive words of encouragement, when each knew I was dealing with the physical challenges from a brain injury and were there the entire mission. What I felt/saw during WWP Soldier ride couldn't be put into words other than, I would gladly give back every medal I earned in combat to our elected Government Officials, in exchange for every Wounded Warrior Project Alumni to participate/ experience the Wounded Warrior Project Soldier ride!
