Review for Shadow Cats Rescue, Round Rock, TX, USA
I've been a Shadow Cat volunteer for almost 2 years. The sanctuary is a wonderful place for ferals to live in, but there are also many, many kitties who live there because of serious health issues. It is heartbreaking to bond and care for these kitties only to have way too many of them leave us way too soon, but it also so rewarding to know that we give them not only great medical care in their time here, but that each of their too few days are filled with love.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
seeing a shy, scared cat come out of his/her shell.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
friendly animal lovers
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
do more medical procedures.
Ways to make it better...
I lived closer so I could be there everyday :)
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of funds
One thing I'd also say is that...
the sanctuary is the happiest place on earth.
