Mr. Wear,
Upon the recommendation of a suspected "cyber specialist" I am placing a billboard in Guadalajara encouraging human rights victims of LLDM to report. .. to the UN IHRC. Mr. Hernandez, the IHRC Ambassador from Venezuela (my FB friend), is conferring with me regarding posting the IHRC victim assistance telephone and email, and maybe their logo.
If the FBI would agree to the inclusion of a contact, I'm happy to oblige. Otherwise, having witnesses call the UN with a referral to US law enforcement, could add an extra layer of security that witnesses get called back.
My experience is that those I have referred in the past leave messages with no effort to return their calls.
Information received will probably already be known, but we are committed to seeking justice to those too scared to do it alone. I received yesterday 20+ twitter messages from a man obviously well informed of LLDM's Honduras LLDM practices and reports questionable property transfers.
I assume the FBI wants no association, or media display, to victims outreach targeting LLDM, and will proceed with the intention of the UN forwarding whoever gives a rat's ass any leads gained.
