Luna Dance is a fantastic organisation with a great vision. My first opportunity to interact with them was 7 years ago through their Summer Institute which provides professional development for teaching artists and classroom teachers. It came at an important time in my life where I was feeling overwhelmed and isolated as an independent teaching artists. Through the rigorous program and mentorship components I feel like reached a turning point with my dance teaching and my leadership in the community. I am still teaching today and passionate about the potential for dance in our communities and our lives.
