NAMI Multnomah's Family to Family class was a lifesaver for me. I was struggling to understand my brother's PTSD and bi-polar symptoms, and between the class curriculum, the teachers and the other participants, I understood that my brother and I were not alone, and that a stable recovery is possible. I cannot thank them enough!
