Review for Seattle Tilth Association Inc, Seattle, WA, USA
Seattle Tilth has been my urban agriculture home for a good three years now! I started out on a Veggie Crew, then began volunteering and taking every class I could get my hands on, and am now receiving credit at Antioch University for my intern position in the Good Shepherd Center Learning Garden! Seattle Tilth has supported my learning in every way, showing me how to grow my own food, maintain a teaching garden, and teach others how to grow food, too! Through Tilth, I've also been able to connect with other diverse gardening communities and create a network of amazing teachers and cohorts in the world of sustainable urban agriculture. I love Seattle Tilth!
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my own ability to grow food in my backyard, harvest rain water, maintain a worm bin, and engage in a much larger conversation about how we live on the earth and what kinds of communities we want to build for our future.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
highly knowledgable, engaged, friendly and supportive. I've found many friends in the staff and volunteer base of Tilth.
