The absolute worst nonprofit I have ever dealt with. No one takes responsibility for giving correct, clear information and they give nothing but excuses of being "busy" as if no on else on Earth is. If you don't have time to deal with questions, concerns, paperwork, etc., don't stretch yourself thin by being involved. I was horribly misinformed and they were highly unprofessional in their handling of the situation. I fostered and adopted. And almost a month later I haven't yet received all paperwork for the dog. They boast trained dogs yet I have to spend more for obedience classes. When fostering for the first time, no one followed up with me how anything was going & not until I asked did they disclose all this extra training they expected me to do when I told them I was inexperienced from the get go. After having to put down my own pet for biting, I expressed a need to foster a well established dog which they assured me would be no problem. They gave me a stray that was mouthy and bit/cut my face and then suggested it was my fault cause I had "lost control" even though they never advised me on what to do other than one email. I could've easily spent less to get a dog of equal quality at animal control or the Humane Society and saved myself the hassle of mindless communication with these inept people.
