You get no star from me. You should be ashamed of y ourselves for wanting to keep a dog that does not belong to you. You are not a Rescue and not non-profit or you would give Piper back. you are disgusting and should have all animals taken from you and not be labelled a Rescue cause you clearly are not. Have some compassion for poor Piper who has an owner and she has the paperwork.
