This organization is unbelievably valuable. Not only is the training thorough, the supervisors are incredibly helpful with any struggles the volunteers might have. The chatline is high quality and the concept is great. I feel like in the digital age, it's important to have a way for people to connect via the internet with help. It's also important for people who maybe can't be overheard on a hotline for safety reasons in their home. The community surrounding this charity is the best I've had the privilege of being a part of and I'm proud every day to be a part of it.
