ESPA was a fantastic resource. Our family can't recommend it enough. As a parent, you are often swamped with trying to learn about what your child needs, how to raise them with respect for who they are and what they need, and how to get the right services to help them. For us, this was daunting, as we knew very little about Autism when our daughter was diagnosed. ESPA was fantastic in getting us face time with someone who could answer our questions and give us some real world help in addressing our daughter's needs. We found the people really went above and beyond, taking great care to listen and give thoughtful suggestions; corresponding with us via email and digging up information that was specific to our needs, etc. This was so much more than just some parent training. It was really personal, practical, and empowering. We are so thankful for that help. It set us on a great course.
