As a volunteer for a different animal shelter in the community, I was dazzled by the professionalism of the AZ Humane Society and its staff. Volunteers are oriented before they take on responsibilities and tasks and outcomes are clearly identified and articulated before work begins.

I foster dogs and love how much each staffer I meet cares about me and the dogs. To a person, they are compassionate, informed, and engaged. Keeps me coming back!
