It is a great honor for me to work with California ReLeaf, as a partner and director. Over 25 years, California ReLeaf has built a reputation as a national leader in the field of urban and community forestry. As the umbrella organization leading over 90 community non-profit groups, ReLeaf focuses on increasing awareness and involvement in tree planting and stewardship of California's urban landscapes. Measured by the number of trees planted and surviving, the number of volunteers engaged, and the health of our urban and community forests, California ReLeaf celebrates statewide success year after year. Now engaged in the Save Our Water and Our Trees! campaign, ReLeaf is using its broad network of partners and volunteers to get the word out about saving our investment in trees, while saving water during California's drought.
