I have been so impressed with the work that the Fistula Foundation does for women in Africa and Asia. I trust the people in charge and respect their devotion to ending the shame and physical problems fistulas cause. As a women who has had two children, I understand how important this Foundation is. Kate Grant and her co-workers are incredible activists and role models for us all.
