The cages were all rusted, some had broken wires which animals could be caught on. Enclosures weren't clean,p. Required top nets by law not there. Animals exhibit signs of stress and fear such as pacing. Several of the cats looked extremely underweight. My opinion as a veterinary technician is this place should be closed and all cats rehomed so the can recover from malnutrition and high stress levels.
