I have volunteered with Dare to Dream Children's Foundation for the past eight years. As a child who grew up in the foster care system it feels so great to give back to children in need by working with this organization. When you see the difference that volunteering with this organization makes in the lives of the families that we serve, it is no question as to why most of the volunteers who are involved have been committed to serving Dare to Dream Children's foundation for so many years. I have grown so much and look forward to many years to come and I am very appreciative of all the opportunities to serve that I have been included in as a volunteer.

My name is Rachael Royal and I am a volunteer for the Dare to Dream Children's Foundation. When I first met the founder of Dare to Dream Children's Foundation, I was truly amazed at the humility and attitude of service by it's founder Jan Tennyson. She took out time to share some of her vision with me and I was immediately excited to join the team. She has touched the hearts and souls of the world's most disadvantaged and discouraged children. The Dare to Dream Children's Foundation has instilled a sense of hope and accomplishment in the hearts and minds of the young people it services by reminding them that they are greater than their current circumstances. Jan Tennyson has a spirit of excellence and her warm and positive attitude is infectious in all of us who are so privileged to help out in the organization. I am moved by the testimonies of not only the children who have been helped by this organization , but also the numerous testimonies of past and present volunteers who have gained so much by giving so much to this blessed organization. Jan Tennyson has personally inspired me to reach for the stars and follow my dreams. Anything is possible....if you just believe. I am eternally grateful for the ministry and blessing she and the Dare to Dream organization has been to my life.
