Review for Animal Coalition of Delaware County, Newtown Square, PA, USA
they really screen potential adopters thoroughly-which means they are looking out for the best interests of the animals. Entirely run by volunteers, which means more $ is earmarked towards the care of the animals instead of salaries. I don't know how they do it all...
