Review for Animal Coalition of Delaware County, Newtown Square, PA, USA
This is a wonderful organization that truly helps animals. The organization is run entirely by volunteers. As an animal rescue organization, they find adoptive families for homeless animals. The organization has a unique model---there is no physical shelter, but rather the animals live in foster homes throughout Pennsylvania's Delaware County--these are actually people who volunteer with the organization and have been approved to be foster parents. This model ensures the animals are socialized and they are also able to match up the animals with the best family for them since they know each animal's personality. It's amazing how much this organization does, especially given that it is run entirely by volunteers.

Since they were founded, more than 1,300 animals have been adopted! They ensure that all of the animals in their care are vaccinated, receive any necessary testing, and if they are old enough at the time of their adoption, they have been spayed/neutered.

Change the world where animals are concerned. They could build a shelter so they could rescue more animals, continue fostering animals and ensuring they are socialized, and find awesome families for them.
