I am thrilled to give my 1st experience with 2nd Chance Center for Animals. My K-9 son's name at birth happened to be "Pongo." He is an English Pointer with no off switch, needless to say, very high energy. Since his adoption he tended to respond to the name "Chuck." The name stuck! Something tells me that the reason he responds may be associated with the expression of something which rhymes with a common superlative "Found Under Carnal Knowledge," having to deal with his energy. Since overcoming and gaining some control... I've come to appreciate his playfulness and through 2nd Chance's behavioral training classes for the "K-9 Good Citizen" training. He has surprised many of his foster family custodians and continues to impress even me his adopted papa and my ability to remain accepting of otherwise embarrassing public displays of alpha behavior. I sincerely want to thank 2nd chance for rescuing me by putting Chuck in my life. In a collective effort to see our K-9 son reach graduation, he will continue to attend classes until he is a k-9 Good citizen. Thanks guys!
