This organization is great! I have been able to learn so much about mental health and allow my talents to shine through this organization. It allows me to help college students learn about mental health and make it more of a "normal" thing than abnormal like the majority of the population sees it now. I joined active minds because I lost a family member to suicide and it has allowed me to express my own story and be able to have an impact on the community around me. I am so thankful that active minds is a huge part of my like and my college career.
