The great group at Safe Haven Equine rescue go above and beyond what anyone could ask for. They help animals in their area and respond far and wide when the situation requires it. They recently had to acquire enough room for over 150 equines who were abused by another rescue. It took a tremendous amount of effort from staff and volunteers to rehab these animals and get them placed. They respond to flood victims in need. I can not say enough about how much I admire them! I am blessed to have them as friends and neighbors!

Richard, Debbie and all the volunteers do a wonderful job with the rescue horses. It also makes me feel safer knowing they are just down the road should something happen to one of my horses. They have the equipment and training to rescue a horse in most any situation. They also do a good job to education and training with adults and kids. I just attended the help a horse day and saw the new improvements in their facilities. Their dedication and hard work is a blessing to the abused and neglected animals!

I can not say enough good things about the wonderful people at Safe Haven. They give their time, energy, and Love to abused animals. I wish I was in a position to help them more. They have extensive training to not only help the sick and abused animals in the community but I know if something happened to my horses and I needed help they would be there to help me too.

I have been a neighbor and supporter of Safe Haven for about 10 years now. This is a great group of people who really care about the animals they are saving. Their work is hard but it is very rewarding when they see a starving abused animal turn into a trusting thriving beautiful creature. All you have to do is visit and the animals will show you how much love and work the staff and volunteers put in with these animals. I wish I could take in every animal myself but my pasture (and house are full). I am so glad there are wonderful caring people that devote their time and energy into doing what I am not able to do.
