I have had a very good experience with SELF. I attended about five to seven of their events in the Chicago area in the fall of 2015 and I had a very positive experience from attending them. I am very satisfied with the content of the lectures and the Yoga and Pranayama exercises. I look forward to seeing more such events organized in the Chicago area and benefiting from the attendance. I wish Self Enquiry Life Fellowship much success going forward.
