Flying Kites is in the unique position to be the perfect size for volunteering and working. They are big enough to be making a tangible and incredible impact in Kenya, but small enough to have you feel a part of the family making it happen.

At Flying Kites I was allowed to grow creatively and professionally, be a team player, and collaborate with the worlds leaders on education and poverty reform. But that doesn't encompass the amount of love that goes into everything they do. The love for their staff, the children the serve, and the work they are doing. That's what makes working for FK so rewarding and vibrant.

I don't know if it's possible to find a non profit with so much heart, doing so much good, that is as kind and loving to their employees as they are to the world their making better every day.
