ILC Cafeterias are located in many governmental buildings in the Washington, DC area. We the People Constitution Tour students have been patrons of our USDA cafe for several years. We look forward to every time they dine with us. The students are truly a delight. The organization is professional and very well run. Our partnership with the Tour, its staff and its students has been rewarding for all and we look forward to many more years ahead.
