Second Chance is the BEST! I adopted my dog Gumbo several years ago and the staff still remembers him whenever they see him! About a week after I adopted him he escaped from my yard and ran away. I went to Second Chance hoping for any kind of help or advice. Mark and a couple other employees not only came out to the woods by my house but they also brought one of Gumbo's former playmates hoping he would come to her. He didn't, but they helped me search until it was almost dark. I was touched that they would go to all that effort. Gumbo did come home later that night and when I called Second Chance to tell them they sounded as relieved as I was! Everyone at Second Chance cares deeply about the animals in their care!
