I run a small not for profit in Westchester County called Destination: College. Our organization first met with Volunteer New York! about four years ago and they have been incredibly helpful to us ever since. Volunteer New York ! introduced us to a pro bono legal services organization in their network of partners and thanks to that organization ‘s help, we now have a great set of bylaws and a volunteer handbook. Volunteer New York! has sent wonderful volunteers our way and we are most grateful for that support as well. Their Volunteer Spirit Award Breakfast which we have attended for the past few years brings together over 600 people in the County who seek to make life better for all those who live here. Volunteer New York! runs that event, like every event of theirs I have been to, like clock work. This year they added a networking event to the breakfast that was also most useful to our organization. We can’t say enough great things about Volunteer New York! , its mission, its impact and its people.

We are a small non profit in Westchester County and have met and spoken with Volunteer NY! on several occasions in an effort to establish better practices for our organization and to obtain more volunteers. They have been nothing short of FANTASTIC on every level. Extremely responsive, organized and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about this organization and its staff. We are very grateful to them for the help they have provided us this year.
