When my youngest son crossed over, the world stopped existing for me. I have two other sons and it soon became apparent that I had withdrawn from them as well as the world. I began a search for help, seeking affirmation that the physical pain and exhaustive tears would stop. I tried other organizations whose meetings resulted in the repeating of the events surrounding the death of both their children and the newcomers. When I asked if there would come a time for the tears to lessen I was told to get used to it! I needed some light at the end of the tunnel for myself, not just for my son! Forever family gave that to me, and showed me the way to embrace the positive and that I would see my son through smiles more often that through tears. The signs of life were all around me, and they showed me where to look.
