The International Snow Leopard Trust has long been one of my favorite organizations and is worthy of the Great NonProfits award.

We worked with this organization on a bill to ban circus use of exotic animals in the State. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the process, really had their fingers on the pulse of the various legislators, and very effectively shepherded the bill through, including overcoming serious efforts to significantly dilute it.
