I started to ask questions when I realized I was talking to a robot! When you ask a tough question, either the robot talks over you, or it says "I will refer you to my supervisor." At the end, the robot said, "God bless you!" I've never been blessed by a robot! I felt really taken advantage of! Live and learn. Next time, the answer's NO.
