I was in a panic. With no money. And a female that had come down with pyrometra. A disease that I had never heard of. And a likely hood of her dieing from it without an operation. Pet chance responded to my email immediately. And were very supportive. My little girl is past the emergency stage. And I found our county has vouchers for spaying. Which is what she has to have because of this disease. So I don't need their services at this time. But it's nice to know that they are there if another emergency does happen.I don't know if I can say I was a client served because I didn't need their complete service. But had I needed it I know they would have been there for me 100 %.
