Review for Win Family Services Inc, Baltimore, MD, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I came to WIN Family Services, Inc. (WIN) on October 31, 2005 as the Executive Administrative Coordinator and Al Law's, CEO, personal assistant. In March of 2008 I assumed the role of Personnel Manager while continuing most of my previous responsibilities. Working for WIN is not always easy - lots of work often without a lot of time to complete required tasks - however that is okay because I know that I am doing GOD's work. I am so grateful that GOD lead me to WIN. Through Mr. Law's excellent unwavering leadership, Family Strengthening Training and the WIN Model, I have learned how to be successful not only in my business world but also in my personal world as well. The staff at WIN supports the community's youth in so many ways; supporting them to mature into strong successful adults. When I first started at WIN I was not sure if it was for me because it was so different from anything I had experienced before; having worked in the corporate industry, mostly in Human Resources for more than two decades. It didn't take me long, however, to realize that I could learn a lot working at WIN. Now I know that WIN will be the last agency I plan to work at. I plan to retire at the end of next year; however only part time because the thought of leaving WIN completely is something I cannot rationalize because WIN has become part of who I am - I plan to work for WIN as long as I am physically and/or mentally able to do so. WIN - What I Need - is exactly that; I need WIN to be the person I have become; and I don't want to work anywhere else.
