It is rare that a Foundation is as well managed by a group of volunteers as the Hayward Rotary Foundation is. There is an investment committee of extremely well qualified individuals that carefully scrutinizes the investments, returns and appropriateness to the Foundation's Goals.
That same Foundation Management extends to have a systematic approach to disbursements of the funds for the Community Good. In all cases, it is run extremely transparently and for less than $600 per year exclusive of investment commissions and fees.
