My 13 year old has benefitted from all of the programs offered by SPIRIT for a truly holostic approach to mental health issues (anxiety, depression, social isolation) and related physical problems (chronic pain). We have seen a complete turnaround in our young teen's mood, confidence, and ability to fully participate in and enjoy life again. Through therapeutic riding, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Equine Assisted Learning, he has found a safe and loving community among the horses and the peers and adults who share his love for them.
