As a outside observer and annual contributor to this charity, I am consistently amazed at the work and reach that this organization provides. The ICF exhibits an inordinately high ratio of program services provided against contributions. And the organization accomplishes this with nearly all volunteers, emphasizing Christian principles of serving others to provide basic needs that all people deserve: food, clothing, clean water and a place to live. The ICF is a 4-Star charity in every respect.
