The Option Institute is like no other place I've ever been. In beautiful tranquil surroundings, the courses are highly professional & life-changing. I have been struggling with anxiety all my adult life, particularly in social settings. After a week's course I had totally changed my beliefs about myself. I can truly say that at the age of 59 I have learned how to be myself, how to be happy & how to be with other people without judging myself! I shall be back next March to learn more about 'Power Dialogues' - the Option Institute's wonderful method of mentoring/counselling, in which each person is seen as their own best expert. It is based on a series of simple questions by which the 'explorer' is helped to unearth the beliefs that cause them difficulties in their life.
