Review for Yellow Ribbon Fund Inc, Bethesda, MD, USA
The YRF is not only great in what it does for our wounded warriors, but it is very well organized, effective organization. I'm one of the most senior volunteers having supported YRF over 4 years. I have assisted mentoring, visiting the bedridden, supporting social events, and organizing tours. And, I couldn't be more satisfied and proud of YRF's performance. Whatever YRF sets its sights on to help these GIs and their families, it assuredly gets done. I am most proud of helping organize the Civil War Tour program. I think its a great way to show these troops they too hold a very special place in our nation's history by their sacrafices. I am honored and proud to be affliated with an organization that offers and gives material, personal, and moral support to all those military personnel wounded in the service of our country.

All too often we hear of celebrities who do the hospital visits. Most of that is for show. The YRF staff and volunteers have little to gain by their support, but their personal satisfaction. They are good people!
